Today, I have learnt about write on.hlp topic. My
friends in the second group told me about how to write the circular letter. It’s
good to use in the daily life. If you want to invite many guests to enjoy in
your party, it’s the way to learn. Circular letter can help you to send the
letter to many people in the same time. It’s help you to spend a shorter time. Here is the example for "How to create form letters in word 2010"
Sometimes you may want to create a letter that you will be sending to a lot of different people, but you’d like certain parts of it to be individualized to the addressee; parts such as the greeting, name, address, etc.; which means, you want to create a form letter, which is great, because Microsoft over the past several versions of Word has been making it easier to do so. To begin, create a document that has the standard stuff in it, here’s an example Christmas letter:
Notice how it has no salutation, address, etc., this is because those will all be added as fields later. The first thing you need to do is click onSelect Recipients, on theMailingsribbon:
This is where you add the people that will be receiving the letter.
Click Type New List… to start adding people, then add several names:
Note: When you go to save your recipient list, Word will prompt you for a location on your hard drive to save the data file that will be created. Once you save your recipients list, you should notice that a lot of the icons that are on theMailingsribbon are highlighted now. To start adding fields to your from letter, click a spot in your document to indicate where you want the field to be placed, then click onAddress Block
Here’s what it looks like:
Click OK to go with the default format, you should get something that looks like this
Next, add an Enter after the Address Block to move your text down a line, then click on the Greeting Lineicon:
You should get something like this:
Once again, let’s go with the default format and just click the OK button. Next, highlight where it says <Address Block> click your right mouse button, choseParagraph, then check the box next to where it saysDon’t add space between paragraphs of the same style, then click theOKbutton. This will make the address block hang together correctly instead of having a blank line between each part of it. Then, click on thePreview Resultsicon, your document should now look something like this:
When you’re done previewing, click the Preview Results icon to turn off previewing.
Americans are getting fat. A new study says that
most Americans are too fat. Is that true? Look at the people around you. Are
most of them fat? Are most of them thin? Or are most of them in between? Many
fat people get sick. They die young. Doctors say these people can live longer.

They must eat more fruits and vegetables. They must eat less meat. They must
eat more fish. They must eat less fried food. They must not eat at fast food
restaurants. No more cheeseburgers, and no more French fries. They must eat
less bread and less pasta. If they eat less, they will weigh less.

But
Americans must also exercise. They must walk more. They don’t have to run or
jog. They don’t have to climb stairs. All they have to do is walk. Just walk 30
minutes a day. Is that hard to do? Eat less. Walk more. Live longer. It sounds
easy. But people love to eat. Eating is fun. Food is delicious. So it’s not
easy to eat less. Try to do it. It’s hard to do.
2. Ask each group to choose a country to look up in the encyclopedia.
3. Have the students run the encyclopedia and spend 15-20 minutes learning about their chosen country. Ask them to take notes and discuss among themselves the features of that country.
4. Have the students switch to the word-processing software and write three paragraphs about three main features of that country (e.g., location, weather, political system, agriculture, economy, industry). When they have finished, have them print out their paragraphs.
5. Have each group choose one member to present the county to other students.
6. When all the groups have finished their presentation, have the groups exchange papers and give each other feedback. 7. Have the students rewrite their description and print it out. 8. Collect all the writings and make copies for all the students

1. Wat Arun
Wat Arun, known as the Temple of Dawn, derives its name from
the Hindu god Aruna, personified as the rising sun. Its impressive 230ft (70m)
spire is one of Bangkok’s most famous landmarks, especially when lit at night
along the Chao Praya River.

2. Wat Phu Khao Thong
Wat Phu Khao Thong, or Golden Mountain Temple, was built in
1387. The original Burmese-style chedi (stupa) succumbed to time—what you see
today is a restoration initiated by King Boromakot with a new chedi in the Thai
style constructed on the old one’s base. A 2kg (4.4lb) gold ball sits at the
top of the structure.

3. Temple naga, Chiang Mai
A naga, surrounded by candles, guards a pond in one of the
temples in Chiang Mai during the Visakha Bucha holiday. This highly ceremonial
annual event sees Thai people make merit by going to temples and engaging in
Buddhist activities.

4. Wat Phra Kaew Located in the Grand Palace complex, Wat Phra Kaew, also
known as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, is typically regarded as the most
important temple in Thailand. It is the home of the Emerald Buddha, a highly
revered statue of Buddha in meditation, carved from a single block of jade. Photo: Sodacan
5. Wat Pho
Wat Pho sits right next to the Grand Palace in central
Bangkok. One of the city's oldest temples, it's probably best known (and
visited) for its 160ft-long reclining Buddha. Photos: Dennis Jarvis and Carles Tomás Martí
